The Middle East is an area where cars and truck is king and fuel is cheap, typically leaving little reward to find more environmentally-friendly methods of moving around.
But this year, as demonstrations throughout the Middle East have risen the rate of oil, the problem of finding alternative sources of fuel has entered into .
In a region that has one of the greatest carbon footprints worldwide, one service is benefiting from the growing pressure to discover options to oil. It's set up the Middle East's first scheme to recycle cooking oil into biodiesel. It's showing lucrative too, currently their client-list includes McDonald's.
